肾移植患者重症肺部感染的诊断与救治

目的 探讨重症肺部感染的发病特点及救治措施。方法 对25例肾移植后发生重症肺部感染者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 22例（88％）重症肺部感染患者救治获得成功，死亡3例。结论 对于肾移植后的重症肺部感染应给予高度重视和积极救治，及时级予足量、广谱抗生素和联合治疗措施，调整免疫抑制方案和纠正低蛋白血症是救治成功的关键。

The diagnosis and medication of severe pulmonary infection in kidney transplanta tion patients

Objectives To explore the features and treatment measures of the severe pulmonary infection (SPI) in kidney transplantation patients. Method The clinical data of 25 patients with SPI following kidney transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Result Twenty two cases out of the 25 SPI patients (88?%) was rescued successfully. Conclusions Intensive care and active measures should be given to the SPI patients after kidney transplantation. The key points of successful treatment involve the in time application of abundant, extended spectrum and combined antibiotics, the adjustment of immunosuppressant and the correction of hypoproteinemia.
