| 摘 要： | 目的 总结使用机械可脱性钨丝微螺旋圈（MDS－N）栓塞治疗16例颅内动脉瘤的体会。方法 经股动脉Seldinger's法穿刺，用MDS－N系统送入合适大小的微螺旋圈到达动脉瘤腔内填塞动脉瘤。结果 16例动脉瘤完全栓塞14例，次全栓塞2例，载瘤动脉保持通畅，无死亡或永久性并发症。结论 使用MDS－N治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种有效、安全、经济的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of MDS-N for endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Femoral artery approach was used. Magic 3F/2. 5F catheter was positioned inside the aneurysm. MDS-N spiral was pushed into the aneurysmal lumen. Results Aneurysms were completely occluded in 14 cases while subtotal occlusion were achieved in 2 cases. All patients recovered with the patency of the parent arteries. No death or permanent complication occurred in the group. Conclusion Embolization with MDS-N spiral is a safe, effective and economic way for treating intracranial aneurysm. |
