| 摘 要： | 以丙腈为初始原料，经四步反应，在国内首次合成了高效低毒的有机磷杀虫剂－乙嘧硫磷，并对乙嘧硫磷及其各个中间体丙脒盐酸盐、2－乙基－4，6－二羟基嘧啶、2－乙基－4－乙氧基－6－羟基嘧啶进行了定性、定量分析。反应总收率50．7％。

| Abstract: | Etrimfos,a high efficiency and low-toxic organic phosphorus insecticide, was synthesized by four-step reaction process from propionitrile as starting materials firstly at home And these intermediates of etrimfos, which are propionamidine hydrochloride,2-ethyl-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine and 2-ethyl-4-ethoxy-6-hydroxypyrimidine,are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed The total yield of the whole reaction is 50 7% |
