The communication industry is growing rapidly all around the world.In China,there are CUTC,CNC,CMCC,CPTT,etc.established in this field.As the equipments are increasing continually,the stability the communication network is getting more and important.As every communication company enlarges their network capability,the cutovers of new equipments assessing the network are changing the network Structure.This affects the stability enormously.A rational network layout and successful cutover will advance network quality and stability.It plays a very important role to satisfy the customers' demands and swell the communication companies' competition ability.There is a network adujstment and cutover of CMCC in this article,discussing the method and tactic.
