摘    要:经眼球后静脉丛注射至小鼠体内的YAC-1细胞绝大部分分布于肺和肝中,且被迅速清除,无明显重分布现象。YAC-1细胞的清除速率直接受体内NK活性水平的影响,当用环磷酰胺预处理小鼠抑制其NK活性时,体内YAC-1细胞的清除受到抑制;相反,用Poly I:C增强NK活性时,则促进YAC-1细胞的清除。初步研究提示,通过观察体内YAC-1细胞的清除情况(体内YAC-工细胞清除试验),可以直接了解小鼠体内NK活性水平。


DETECTION OF NATURAL KILLING ACTIVITY (II) IN VIVO YAC-1 CELLS CLEARANCE ASSAY
Abstract:In this article,we reported that majority of 125IUdR-labeled YAC-1 cells injected intraveneously to mice were arrested in lungs and livers and cleared rapidly without the evidence of redistribution.The clearance rate was influenced directly by the natural killing(NK)activity levels in vivo i.e.in cyclophosphamide pretreatment mice elearance of YAC-1 cells was delayed through NK activity inhibition whereas Poly I:C can accelerate the clearance of YAG-1 cells by enhancing NK actiyity.It is suggested that NK activly levels could be assayed in vivo by observing the clearance of YAC-1 cells in lung or liver.So that this method is termed In Vivo YAC-1 Cells Clearance Assay(YCCA).
