低功耗液晶电视LED背光源设计

摘    要:通过合理选材并优化机械结构,设计了一款低功耗的118cm(47in)LED背光源。对膜材进行筛选,采用1层扩散膜、2层棱镜膜和1层双层增亮膜(DBEF)进行搭配,保证了背光源的亮度。根据试验确定了LED之间的距离、LED发光面到导光板(LGP)入光面之间的距离和LED发光面与LGP入光面两者的垂直距离。依据上述试验数据进行样品制作并与同类产品对比测试,结果表明:在满足同等光学特性的前提下,所设计的LED背光源具有低功耗的优点。

Abstract:A 118 cm(47 in) LED backlight was designed with reasonable selecting sheets and optimizing the mechanical structure.To ensure the brightness of backlight,a piece of diffusion sheet,two pieces of prism sheets and a piece of DBEF were combined.And the distance between LED and LED,the gap between LED and LGP,were determined by a series tests.Then according to the tests results,118 cm(47 in) LED backlight sample was assembled.Comparing with other products,the module has the lowest power consumption than others ...
