| 摘 要： | 针对翻卷机控制系统,提出了以西门子S7-300系列PLC及PROFIBUS-DP现场总线控制的网络配置方式,重点设计了翻卷机电气控制系统及WinCC组态的上位机监控系统,实现了主站对现场从站的控制,现场各种数据的采集和设备运行状况的监测。通过实际工程检验,满足了翻卷机控制系统自动化通讯的需要,为其稳定可靠安全运行提供了保障。 |
