莜面粉对摄食高脂饲料大鼠的血脂、血小板聚集和血粘度的作用

摘    要:用高脂饲料喂养大鼠10周,造成高脂血症模型,观察莜莅面粉对血脂、血小板聚集和血液粘度的影响。结果:每鼠每日饲莅面粉6g,可明显抑制血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)和致动脉硬化指数(AI),同时使高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和抗动脉硬化指数(AAI)升高。每鼠每日饲鼓面粉6g,亦可明显抑制ADP或胶原诱导的血小板聚集,并显著降低饲高脂食大鼠的血浆粘度和高切变率(230s”)以及低切变率(5.75s-1)下的全血粘度,而对红细胞聚集指数无明显影响。提示,莜面粉对掇食高脂饲料大鼠的高脂血症、血小板聚集性增高和高血粘症有良好的预防作用。

Abstract:he effect of Nake Oats flour (NOF) on blood lipids,platelet aggre-gation and blood viscosity was studied in male Wistar rats on a high lipidicchow diet for 10 weeks.NOF,6.0g·d-1 per rat,significantly decreased theserum TC,TG,LDL-Cand atherogenic index(AI),but increased HDL-Cand anti-atherogenic index (AAI).NOF, 6.0g·d-1 per rat, also inhibitedplatelet aggregation induced by ADP or collagen,and significantly loweredthe plasma and whole blood viscosity at the shear rate of 5.75s-1 and 230s-1but not significantly altered the red cell aggregation index. These resultsshowed that NOF possessed the preventive effect on hyperlipidemia,plateletaggregation and high blood viscositv.
