炼镁还原罐炉料成分及离心铸造工艺研究

摘    要:目的 铸造炼镁还原罐的基本炉料价格昂贵 ,生产成本很高 ,简单回收重熔质量不稳定 ,使用寿命短 ,因此需要对还原罐的化学成分及铸造工艺进行优化设计 .方法 介绍了炼镁还原罐炉料及旧罐回收重复熔炼离心铸造工艺及其成分以及应用情况 .结果与结论 还原罐在使用过程中具有较高的热强性和很强的抗氧化性能

Abstract:Aim\ The basic furnace materials of magnesium deoxidize pot is expensive, and the cost of the product is high. According to the simple method of smelting, it is difficult to maintain the quality of the pots and the service life is rather short. So it is necessary to optimize the component of the furnace materials and the technology of manufacturing process. Methods\ The applied compounding control, the technology of centrifugal casting and smelting of the recycled deoxidize pot are described. Results and Conclusion\ The improved deoxidize pots have much higher refractoriness and are highly oxidation resistant in using.
