SSRIs合并认知行为疗法治疗强迫症临床对照研究

目的：评价5-HT再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）合并认知行为疗法对强迫症的治疗效果。方法：将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的57例强迫症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予SSRIs合并认知行为治疗，对照组只给予SSRIs治疗。应用临床疗效标准及耶鲁布朗强迫量表（Y—BOCS）定期评定疗效，疗程6个月。结果：在治疗的第2个月末治疗组与对照组有显著性差别（P〈0．05）；4个月及6个月末治疗组与对照组有非常显著性差别（P〈0．001），强迫性思维因子评分和强迫性行为因子评分在治疗第4及6个月末两组比较差别非常显著（P〈0．001）。结论：SSRIs合并认知行为疗法治疗强迫症效果优于单独用SSRIs治疗。

Clinical Study of SSRI Combined with Cognitive Behavior Therapy on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Objective: To observe the efficacy of SSRI cognitive behavior therapy in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods: 57 patients who met CCMD-3 for obsessive-compulsive disorder were assigned to therapeutic group(n=29) and control group(n=28).The therapeutic group were given SSRI cognitive behavior therapy for 6 months,the control group were given SSRI alone.The clinical effect was assessed with Y-BOCS at the on the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th month.Results: The efficacy of Therapeutic group were superior to the control group at the end of 2nd,4th and 6th month.Conclusions: The results suggest that SSRI combined with cognitive behavior therapy for obsessive compulsive disorder is more effective than SSRI alone in the clinic.
