| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨马蹄肾并肾积水的腹腔镜手术治疗效果.方法:对3例马蹄肾并一侧肾积水患者,均经腹膜后入路行腹腔镜峡部离断,其中1例行Y-V式肾盂成形术,2例行离断式肾盂成形术.结果:3例腹腔镜手术均获成功,手术时间平均4 h,术中出血量平均80 ml,无术中及术后并发症发生.结论:通过腹腔镜手术治疗马蹄肾并肾积水是安全有效的微创治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the surgical procedures of laparoscopic pyeloplasty in 3 cases of horseshoe kidney with hydronephrosis.Methods:All cases were performed via retroperitoneal approach.The laparoscopic procedures inclued identification of aberrant vessels,isthmus dissection and 1 case of "Y-V" pyeloplasty,2 cases of dismembered pyeloplasty.Results:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic pyeloplasty was successfully performed on all the 3 patients,no complications occurred.The mean operative time was 4 hours;the mean ... |
