指纹识别预处理关键技术研究

摘    要:在分析各种预处理方法并结合指纹图像特点的基础上,研究了指纹预处理的关键技术,提出了一种新的基于直方图均衡化和基于方向图特性的小波变换多尺度积的指纹图像预处理算法。实验结果表明,该算法在大大降低时间复杂度的同时,形成单像素连接的指纹二值图像,达到了增强、消噪、平滑、二值化、细化的目的,处理效果较好。

Abstract:The theory and algorithms of fingerprint identification were firstly introduced.By comparing kinds of methods and analysing the characteristics of fingerprint image,the new preprocessing techniques based on histogram equalization and multi-scale product of wavelet transform based on direction pattern were proposed.The experiment results showed that this algorithm formed single pixel edge of the fingerprint and achieved the effects of edge enhancement,noise cancellation,smooth,binarization and edge thinning as well as time complexity reduction.
