| 摘 要： | 左旋吡喹酮与吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病患者189例和75例。均按30mg/kg的剂量,顿服,治后3个月与6个月粪孵阴转率分别为84.3%、86.5%与71.6%、72.9%;累积阴转率分别为73.5%与60.2%。二组的疗效比较有非常显著差异(p<0.01)。左旋吡喹酮组的无反应率(70.4%)与吡喹酮组(69.1％)比较则无差异(p>0.05)。该两药毒副反应均轻而短暂,无需特殊处理,自行缓解。治疗前与治后肝、肾功能,心电图和血、尿常规检查均无明显变化。临床研究结果证明左旋吡喹酮单剂疗法的疗效优于吡喹酮。我们认为左旋吡喹酮可用于血吸虫病流行区大规模普治

COMPARTIYE EFFICACY OF LEVOPRAZIQUANTEL AND PRAZIQUANTEL IN THE TREATMENT OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM INFECTION |

| Abstract: | A prospective randomized study to compare the efficacy of levopraziquantel (189 cases) and praziquantel (75 cases) in the treatment of Schistosoma japonicum infection was reported. All patients were positive by stool hatching test before treatment and were treated with the same single dose of 30 mg/kg. The stool negative conversion rates 3 and 6 months after treatment in levopraziquantel group were 84.3% and 86.5% respectively, while that of praziquantel group were 71.6% and 72.9% respectively (p<0. 01). The side reactions of both groups were mild and transient. Liver and renal functions test, eletrocardiograms, blood and urine examinations showed no remarkable changes. Evdently levopraziquantel was superior to praziquantel in therapeutic effect. It mey be used for mass treatment in schistosomiasis endemic areas |
