几个氧代哌啶化合物的合成和催化去污性能

用改进的曼尼希反应合成了6个哌啶化合物:1 乙酰基 2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 氧代哌啶(Ⅰ)、1 苯甲酰基 2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 氧代哌啶(Ⅱ)、3,5 二甲基 2,6 二苯基 4 氧代哌啶(Ⅲ)、1 乙酰基 3,5 二甲基 2,6 二苯基 4 氧代哌啶(Ⅳ)、1,3,5 三甲基 2,6 二苯基 4 氧代哌啶(Ⅴ)、1,1,3,5 四甲基 2,6 二苯基 4 氧代哌啶季铵盐(Ⅵ)。发现这些化合物具有低温催化促洗作用。在洗衣粉中添加质量分数0 5%～1 5%,在14～20℃对脂类污渍去除率增加2%～16%。哌啶的N上有烷基取代,特别是季铵化,对提高去污率有利。在同样的温度区间,对过氧化物的催化作用活性顺序为:Ⅵ>Ⅴ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ。

Synthesis of Several Piperidone Derivatives and Their Catalytic Detergent Property

Several piperidones,including 1-acetyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidone(Ⅰ),1-benzoyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidone(Ⅱ),3,5-dimethyl-2,6-diphenyl-4-piperidone(Ⅲ),1-acetyl-3,5-dimethyl-2,6-diphenyl-4-piperidone(Ⅳ),1,3,5-trimethyl-2,6-diphenyl-4-piperidone(Ⅴ),and 1,1,3,5-tetramethyl-2,6-diphenyl-4-oxo-piperidinium toluenesulfonate(Ⅵ),were synthesized by modified Mannich condensation.It was found that the compounds had positive catalytic effect on promoting laundry performance under low temperature.When they were added into laundry powder at 14～20 ℃,the greasiness removal increased by 2%～16%.It was advantageous when alkyl groups exist on the N atom,especially when the nitrogen atom was quaternized.At the same temperature activities of catalytic laundry performances were in the order Ⅵ>Ⅴ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ.
