摘    要:建立一种以Fe(phen)3^2+为显色剂,用分光光度法测定Fenton反应产生的·OH的新方法.该方法是在pH=3.0条件下,利用Fenton反应所产生的羟自由基与Fe(phen)3^2+作用后使吸光度(A)降低,在510nm处用紫外可见分光光度计测定其A值变化,可间接测定羟自由基的生成量.通过测定条件的研究,探讨了最佳实验条件,以及在最佳条件下进一步探讨抗氧化性药物苯甲酸对羟自由基的清除率的量效关系.该方法稳定,可作为一种简便的筛选抗氧化剂的方法.

Abstract:A new method is developed for determination of the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction by spectro photometry. After Fe (phen) 3^2+ reacts to Fenton regent at pH = 3.0, absorbanee is declined. The change in absorbanee AA, corresponding to color intensity change of Fe(phen)3^2+ can be measured at 510 nm, so the amount of · OH produced can he determined indirectly. The optimal determination conditions have been obtained experimentally. And the scavenging effect of · OH by antioxidant benzoic acid was also studied by this method in the optimal conditions. The method can be used as a convenient way for the selection of hydroxyl radical scavenger for its good stability.
