2008--2013年大连市某木制家具企业职业病危害因素调查

目的探讨大连市某木制家具企业作业场所中存在的职业病危害因素的情况，为用人单位预防控制职业病提供依据。方法对该企业2008--2013年职业病危害因素检测结果进行统计分析。结果该企业职业病危害因素的合格率为72．31％，其中粉尘和毒物的合格率分别为73．97％和99．38％，物理因素的合格率为49．07％。化学有害因素的合格率（81．39％）高于物理因素合格率（49．07％），差异有统计学意义（χ2=80．297，P〈0．01）。其中木粉尘、高温、噪声检测的合格率较低，分别是73．97％，73．08％和43．65％，差异有统计学差异（χ2=50．526，P〈0．01）。2008--2013年期间，各年份检测总合格率差异有统计学意义（χ2=33．536，P〈0．01）。结论该企业属于职业病危害严重建设项目，用人单位应进一步加强防护措施的完善，加强职业健康监护，保障劳动者的合法权益。

Investigation of occupational hazard factors in a wooden furniture enterprise in Dalian City from 2008-2013

Objective] To investigate the occupational hazard factors existed in the workplace of a wooden furniture enterprise in Dalian City, provide a basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises. Methods ] The detection results of occupational hazard factors in this enterprise from 2008-2013 were statistically analyzed. Results] The total qualified rate of occupational hazard factors was 72.31% in this enterprise, and the qualified rate of dust and toxicants was 73.97% and 99.38% respectively. The qualified rate of physical factors was 49.07%, which was lower than that of the chemical hazardous factors （49.07%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 80.297, P 〈 0.01）. The qualified rates of wood dust, high temperature and noise were lower, which was respectively 73.97% ,73.08% and 43.65%, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 50. 526, P 〈 0.01 ）. From 2008 to 2013, there was statistically significant difference in annual qualified rate （ χ2 = 33. 536, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] The occupational hazards in this enterprise are serious. The enterprise should further complete the protection measures, and strengthen occupational health monitoring, to guarantee the workers＇legal interests and fights.
