摘    要:针对玻纤行业铂合金漏板加工现状,研究了通过熔炼、锻造、冷轧、冲裁圆坯料、深拉坯管、冷拔、无缝管切断等几道工序制造无缝漏嘴的工艺方法。结果表明可制得精度高、表面光洁、组织均匀的漏嘴。同时得出了以下结论:该技术适合小批量、多品种的生产场合;具有机动性强,设备投资少的特点。

Abstract:In view of the current practice of fabricating platinum alloy bushings in glass fiber industry, a technology for manufacturing seamless bushing nozzles, including steps of smelting, forging, cold roiling, die cutting, deep drawing , cold drawing and final cut- ting, was developed. The results have shown that this method is capable of making nozzles with high precision, smooth surface and uni- form structure, and it is concluded that this technology is suitable for small volume and multi-varieties production and has features of high flexibility and low investment for equipment.
