| 摘 要： | 通信铁塔工程的特点决定了监理工作应该贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段。实践证明．设计单位由于较早地介入工程建设，由它承担铁塔工程建设监理工作对于控制工程质量和规范行业管理具有一定优势。
