高被引论文视角下粤港澳大湾区科研合作网络分析

摘    要:目的:基于高被引论文的合作情况,分析粤港澳大湾区11个城市间科技合作网络的结构与特征。方法:利用科学知识图谱的分析工具,绘制粤港澳大湾区科技合作网络及热点合作领域的引文网络。结果:广州、香港和深圳已成为重要的合作中心,以高校为主的研究机构是科研合作的中坚力量,粤港澳大湾区在临床医学、化学、计算机科学等学科以及肠道微生物宏基因组学研究等热点主题上形成了优势与特色。结论:粤港澳大湾区科研合作日益密切,在优势学科和热点领域的合作成效显著,建议采取综合措施进一步提升该地区的科研合作水平与国际影响力。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the structure and characteristics of scientific research cooperation network in 11 cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macro Greater Bay Area based on the cooperation in highly-cited papers. Methods The citation network was plotted for scientific research cooperation and its hot spots in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macro Greater Bay Area were analyzed with the analysis tools of scientific knowledge graphs. Results Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Shenzhen have become the important cooperation center in scientific research, the colleges and universities-dominated research institutions were the backbone in scientific research cooperation, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macro Greater Bay Area has formed its advantages and characteristics of hot spots in research on clinical medicine, chemistry, computer science and gut microbiological macrogenomics. Conclusion The scientific research cooperation is becoming increasingly close in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macro Greater Bay Area with great achievements made in advantageous disciplines and hot spots. It is thus suggested to take comprehensive measures for further improving the scientific research cooperation level and international impact power in this area.
