| 摘 要： | 针对合成气压缩机组持续出现振动波动或突然振动高联锁跳车的现象,结合检修情况分析有关运行数据,查明平衡榖气封损坏导致机组持续较高且频繁振动的原因,提出了平稳操作,杜绝快速升降转速等措施,保证机组的安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The continuous vibration or sudden vibration causes hlgh interlock trip or syngas cottlpleaoi skid. After studying the operation data during maintenance, we found that the failure of gas seal in balance hub led to intensive and frequent vibration. Measures such as keeping steady operation and avoiding speeding up and slowing down sharply will ensure the safety and steady operation of the compressor. |
