| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段我国廉租住房建设资金短缺的问题,提出了将PPP模式引入廉租房建设中的构想,并设计了PPP模式在廉租房项目中的运作思路,探讨了其运作保障,以期解决廉租房项目资金短缺、融资渠道单一的问题。
