基于LabVIEW的速度非接触测量系统

摘    要:针对矿山在用运输设备速度检测检验过程中存在的问题,开发了一种基于光电技术和LabVIEW的非接触速度测量系统,系统采用LabVIEW频谱函数对信号数据进行实时分析,得出信号的功率谱图,进而求出实时速度,与标定装置的比对结果表明,系统测量稳定,实时性好,速度偏差小于±0.2km/h;可实时显示速度曲线,自动计算加速度和减速度,并可现场实时打印出测量数据和结果,为矿山运输设备的速度检测提供了一种新的检测检验方法和手段。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in the speed test of in-use mine transport equipment,a non-contact speed measurement system based on photovoltaic technology and LabVIEW has been developed.The system can obtain signal power spectra and real-time speed by using LabVIEW spectrum function for real-time analysis of signal data.Comparing with the calibration device,the non-contact speed measurement system is stabile in measuring,has good real-time,its deviation in speed is less than ±0.2km/h,it can display speed curve in real time,automatically calculate acceleration and deceleration,and print the measurement data and results on-the spot.It provides a new way to test the seep of in-use mine transport equipment.
