液压传动与控制技术在农机上的应用与发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了液压技术在国内外农机上的应用和发展现状,着重分析了电比例控制技术的原理特性以及在变量施肥机、精量播种机,拖拉机悬挂系统、收获机械等农业机具上的应用。根据当前液压技术的发展以及农业机械的需求提出了液压传动与控制技术在农业机械方面的4个发展趋势:扩大液压系统在农机上的应用,简化机具结构,便于参数调节;利用液压控制技术,提高农业机械的自动化与智能化;发展全液压底盘驱动系统,提高机具驱动与控制性能;发展模块化的液压系统,加快液压技术在农机上的应用。

Application and Development Trend of Hydraulic Drive and Control Technology in Agricultural Machinery
Abstract:The application and development status quo of hydraulic technology in agricultural machinery are introduced in China and abroad. Electro-hydraulic proportional theory and characteristics were analyzed mainly, and the applications to variable rate fertilization machine, precision seeder, tractor hitch system and harvesting machine were demonstrated in agriculture. According to the present development of hydraulic technology and requirements of agricultural machinery, four development trends were suggested for the hydraulic drive and control technology. First, expand application of hydraulic mechanisms in agricultural machinery to simplify structure and adjust parameter easily. Second, use hydraulic control technology to improve automatic and intelligent level in agricultural machinery. Third, develop full hydraulic chassis drive system to increase driving force and control capability. Last, modularize hydraulic system to accelerate the process of applications of hydraulic technology in agricultural machinery.
