摘    要:本文基于一类转动式阀芯的直接驱动伺服阀的结构及其工作原理,推导了这种阀在工作时阀芯所受到的稳态液动力的数学表达式,并进行了计算,得出了一些有用的结论,这些结论对于阀结构的优化设计,阀芯驱动机构的选择设计及伺服阀特性的分析具有很好的指导作用。

Abstract:This paper derives a mathematical expression of steady-state fluid force in the valve spool based on the structure and operation principle of direct drive servo valve sith rotary spool, carries out the simulation and computation, and draws some useful conclusions. These conclusions have very good instructiveness for optimal design of the valve structure, the selection and design of drive mechanism of valve spool and the characteristic analysis of servo
