| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年腹膜透析患者的焦虑和抑郁水平与营养状况的关系。方法应用W．K．Zung的自评焦虑量表（SAS）、自评抑郁量表（SDS）和微营养评估（MNA）对68例老年腹膜透析患者进行调查。结果不同焦虑程度和抑郁程度的腹膜透析患者的MNA得分之间的比较均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。焦虑程度越高，MNA得分越低；抑郁程度越高，MNA得分越低。结论老年腹膜透析患者的焦虑、抑郁水平和营养状况密切相关，护理人员在对营养不良患者进行饮食干预时，应重视对患者心理状态的评估。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between anxiety and depression level and nutritional status for the elderly patients with peritoneal dialysis.
