老年尿毒症患者血液透析的临床特征分析

目的分析老年尿毒症患者血液透析的生存状况，为改善老年患者的生存率和提高生存质量提供依据。方法对136例老年血液透析患者和219例同期非老年透析患者进行回顾性分析，比较其血液学指标，透析并发症，存活率及死亡原因。结果老年组血液透析〉5年35例（老年透析患者32．7％），死亡28例（26．2％）。对照组血液透析〉5年65例（对照组透析患者49．2％），死亡8例（6．1％）。有29例老年尿毒症患者进行了肾移植，占老年透析患者21．8％。结论随着透析技术不断进步，老年透析患者的生存期也逐渐延长，心血管并发症是其死亡主要原因。个体化充分透析，保护心脑血管，防治各种透析并发症是提高其生存率的关键。

Analysis on hemodialysis in senile patients with end stage renal disease.

Objective To investigate the surviving conditions of senile patients with end stage renal disease on maintenance hemodialysis and give adviees about improving their living conditions and survival rate of them. Methods 136 eases of elderly hemodialysis patients and 219 eases of non-elderly hemodialysis patients were analysed retrospectively for blood biochemistry tests, eomplietions, mortality rates and causes of death. Results There were 35 patients with more than 5 years of hemodialysis which constituted 32.7 % of all the senile patients on hemodialysis. 26.2% patients died. Kidney transplantation was carried on 29 patients which aeeountted for 18.1% in senile patient.65 eases survived for more than 5 years and 8 eases died in control group. Conclusion Along with the continuous advancing of hemodialysis technology the survival time of senile hemodialysis patients has been prolonged gradually. The primary cause of their death is the cardiovascular complications. Individualy treatment of hemodialysis, preventive treatment of cardiovascular and other eomplications is key to enhanee life quality and life span.
