HIV感染青少年生活满意度的调查

目的 了解HIV感染青少年生活质量现状,为进一步开展有效的救助、关怀支持、心理干预提供科学依据。 方法 以截至2017年12月在广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心关爱门诊正在接受高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的10~18岁HIV感染青少年262例作为观察组。按性别、年龄匹配原则选取学校的非HIV感染青少年262人作为对照组。采用多维学生生活满意度量表（MSLSS）分别对两组青少年进行心理问卷调查。结果 HIV感染青少年的多维生活满意度的家庭、朋友、学校、生活环境、自我和总分分别为(19.72±6.58)分、(30.11±5.81)分、(26.34±5.68)分、(31.07±5.69)分、(18.52±7.07)分和(125.76±24.15)分,均低于非HIV感染青少年的(26.08±7.13)分、(34.08±6.82)分、(29.23±6.03)分、(34.28±6.96)分、(24.54±7.17)分、(148.12±26.76)分,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。HIV感染女性青少年的MSLSS总分为（128.99±24.89）分,高于男性的（122.95±23.21）分,父母双方健在者总分为(128.25±24.75)分,高于单亲健在者的(124.73±21.75)分以及父母双亡者的(114.92±24.42)分,家庭月收入为≥3 000元的HIV感染青少年总分为(133.84±24.88)分,高于家庭月收入为<1 000元者的(123.41±22.18)分和1 000~3 000元者的(123.19±24.02)分,HAART时间<1年者为（141.00±33.25）分,高于1~5年者的（129.49±23.30）分、5~10年者的（123.97±23.64）分和≥10年者的（117.85±21.20）分,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 HIV感染青少年生活满意度低,生活质量差,应开展针对性的社会援助和心理支持。

Investigation on life satisfaction of HIV infected adolescents

Objective To understand the quality of life in HIV infected adolescents, so as to provide evidences for further effective ART, care support and psychological intervention. Methods As of December 2017, 262 of the 10-18 years old HIV infected adolescents receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) were selected as the study group in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention. According to the principle of gender and age matching, 262 non-HIV infected adolescents were selected as control group. Multidimensional students′life satisfaction scale (MSLSS）was used to conduct psychological questionnaires in the two groups of adolescents. Results MSLSS scores of HIV infected adolescents in family, friends, school, living environment, self and total score were 19.72±6.58, 30.11±5.81, 26.34±5.68, 31.07±5.69, 18.52±7.07 and 125.76±24.15 respectively,all lower than non-HIV infected adolescents 26.08±7.13, 34.08±6.82, 29.23±6.03, 34.28±6.96, 24.54±7.17, 148.12±26.76（P<0.01）. MSLSS total score of female HIV infected adolescents was 128.99±24.89, higher than male (122.95±23.21). MSLSS total score of HIV infected adolescents with both parents surviving was 128.25±24.75, higher than those of single parent surviving (124.73±21.75) and those of both parents dead(114.92±24.42)（P<0.05）. MSLSS total score of HIV infected adolescents with monthly family income ≥3 000 yuan was 133.84±24.88, higher than those with monthly family income <1 000 yuan (123.41±22.18) and 1 000-3 000 yuan (123.19±24.02)（P<0.05）.MSLSS total score of HIV infected adolescents received HAART<1 year was 141.00±33.25, higher than those received HAART 1-5 years 129.49±23.30, 5-10 years 123.97±23.64 and 10 or more years 117.85±21.20（P<0.05）. Conclusions HIV infection adolescents have low life satisfaction and poor quality of life. Targeted social assistance and psychological support should be carried out.
