摘    要:将均匀周期光纤布拉格光栅斜向粘贴于矩形悬臂梁的侧面,通过调节弹性梁自由端的位移,使其产生啁啾,利用光纤光栅的啁啾效应,实现了温度不敏感的位移传感。由于传感量为光纤光栅的带宽,有效地解决了温度交叉敏感问题,在位移传感实验中获得了很好的线性响应度。

Abstract:A fiber Bragg grating is slantingly bonded to the side of the rectangle cantilever beam, and the chirp effect of the grating would appear by adjusting the displacement of the beam's free end. The displacement sensing using the chirp effect of fiber Bragg grating under strain-gradient is demonstrated in this paper. Because the bandwidth of the grating is temperature-insensitive, the cross talk between displacement and temperature is avoided. The good linear response has been obtained.
