| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了如何基于DirectShow开发平台进行编程，用IP组播的方式实现实时视频流媒体的网络传输．并给出了视频组播监控方式的VC＋＋开发过程和鳊码实现，实现了一个基于Web的机器人遥操作及监控系统。针对多用户访问中遇到的实际问题给出了解决方案。
