模拟教学结合Seminar教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨模拟教学结合Seminar教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用及效果。方法选择益阳医学高等专科学校2010级护理二年级单数班440名护生为实验组,双数班425名护生为对照组。实验组实施模拟教学结合Seminar教学法,对照组应用传统教学法。以单元理论和操作成绩、问卷调查表评估教学效果。结果实验组理论(88.13±9.48)分1和操作成绩(91.69±9.71)分]得分均高于对照组(82.77±10.63)、(86.13±8.93)分1,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);至少71.82%的护生认为模拟教学结合Seminar教学法优于传统教学法,能提高学习兴趣,培养合作能力、沟通能力和临床实践能力。结论模拟教学结合Seminar教学法应用于手术室护理教学中可行且有效,在提升护生的知识、能力方面优于传统教学法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application method and effect of simulation teaching combined with Seminar teaching method in nursing teaching in operation room. Methods 440 nursing students in 2010 singular class nursing grade 2 of Yiyang Medical College were selected as experimental group, 425 nursing students in 2010 even class nursing grade 2 of Yiyang Medical College were selected as control group. The experimental group was given simulation teaching combined with the Seminar teaching method, the control group was given the traditional teaching method. The theory, operation results of units and questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The theory and operation results in experimental group (88.13±9.48), (91.69±9.71) scores] were higher than those in control group (82.77±10.63), (86.13±8.93) scores], the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01); effect of simulation teaching combined with the Seminar teaching method was better than that of traditional teaching method, the interest of learning, cooperation ability, communication skills and the ability of clinical practice in simulation teaching combined with the Seminar teaching method were all better than those in traditional teaching method according to at ceast 71.82% nursing students. Conclusion Simulation teaching combined with Seminar teaching method in nursing teaching in operation room is feasible and effective in promoting the knowledge, ability of nursing students, which is superi- or to the traditional teaching method.
