| 摘 要： | 通过电网物资品质控制管理的定义解释，分析供应商对质量控制认识的几个误区，介绍了南方电网公司在品质控制管理的思路，即通过建立品质控制管理体系建设，运用现代供应链管理体系和WHS质量控制手段，以追求设备材料“零缺陷”为目标。

| Abstract: | Through the definition and explanation of quality control management for power grid material, the paper analyzed the misunderstanding of the quality control from the aspects of suppliers. The quality control management idea of Southern Power Grid Company had been introduced, which was to construct the quality control management system by utilizing the modem supply chain management system and WHS quality control methods, in order to pursue the zero-defect of the device material. |
