摘    要:在充分研究SVG标准、CCAPI公共图形交互草案,总结国内外EMS图形交换开发经验的基础上,科东公司开发出符合IEC 61970系列标准的新一代EMS图形交换接口。该接口全面采用面向对象的技术;能够将CC-2000系统的图形中静态图形、数据库连接关系、网络拓扑结构等信息按照SVG格式输出,并可以交换给其它EMS厂商;该技术已成功应用于国家电力公司科技项目《基于国际标准CCAPI的EMS系统接口平台》中;为在CC-2000 V2.0平台上集成其它厂商的EMS应用、为不同厂商的EMS应用的图形交换提供了可行的解决方案。

Abstract:Based on the research of CCAPI Common Graphics Exchange Request for Proposal, SVG standards and the developing experiences of EMS Graphics interface, a new EMS graphics interface according to CCAPI Common Graphics Exchange standards is developed in this project. The object-oriented technique is adopted in the research work. CC-2000 graphics, including background graphics, database linkers, elements topology, can be exported to SVG files and exchanged to other EMS vendors. Moreover, the interface has applied successfully in a project named "EMS system interface platform based on CCAPI international standard". A new interface satisfying the international standards was provided in order to permit the graphics files developed by the third supply to plug in. This supplies an available way to exchange graphics information among different EMS vendors.
