基于金属磁记忆的汽轮机叶片早期诊断

摘    要:针对火力发电厂汽轮机低压转子末级叶片早期诊断困难的问题,提出了应用金属磁记忆技术对低压转子叶片进行检测的方法,并将其应用于宁夏某电厂低压转子末一、二级叶片的检测工作中。结果表明:金属磁记忆技术作为一种新型无损检测手段,对汽轮机叶片的早期诊断具有良好效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the early diagnosis difficulty for the last stage blades of turbinelow -pressure rotor in coal -fired power plant,puts forward the method of using metal magneticmemory technology to detect turbine low-pressure rotor blades,and applies in the detection of theprimary and secondary grade blades at the bottom of the low-pressure rotor in a power plant ofNingxia. The result shows that metal magnetic memory technology,as a new way of non-destructivetest,has better effect for the early diagnosis of turbine blades.
