基于扎根理论的游园使用满意度影响因素 探究

游园是中国城市绿地系统分类中分布最广的一类， 其功能多样、特色鲜明，具有重要的社会-生态价值。以探讨 游园使用满意度影响因素为目的，基于扎根理论总结出布局及 选址特征、功能及设施特征、环境适宜性特征、景观观赏性特 征、管理与维护情况5个影响游园使用满意度的核心范畴及其 20个构成因子；借助结构方程进一步明确各范畴及因子的关联 性；基于分析结果并结合城市转型发展阶段的总体要求，对未 来中国游园空间发展提出相关建议，保障空间发展的合理性。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Use Satisfaction of Urban Small Park Based on Ground Theory

Urban small park is one of the most widely distributed type in Chines urban green space system. It has various functions, distinct characteristics, and important social-ecological value. The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors influencing the satisfaction of park use. Based on Ground Theory, this paper summarizes five core categories affecting the satisfaction of space use, including layout and site selection, function and facilities, environmental suitability, landscape appreciation, management and maintenance, as well as 20 constituent factors. With the help of SEM, this paper further clarifies the relevancy between the quality of park leisure and recreation with each category and each constituent factor. Based on the analysis results and combined with the overall requirements of the urban transformation and development stage, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of China''s small parks to ensure the rationality of space development.
