摘    要:光缆是电力通信网的主要媒质,承载了大量的电力业务。目前,重要线路的确定方法多采用图论算法,并未考虑线路中承载的业务,不完全适用于电力通信系统。文章结合电力光纤通信的特点,总结了电力光缆故障原因,分析了电力业务重要性、业务性和光缆故障发生概率,得出了光缆故障危害度的计算方法,并通过算例比较结果,证明该方法适用于确定重要的电力通信光缆线路。

Abstract:Carring on large amount of power business, optical cable is the primary medium in power communication system. Presently, the graph-theoretic algorithms is used to make up key link without considering the services it carrying, so it is not the right choice for power communication system. Based on the characteristic of power optical fiber communication, this paper summarizes the causations of cable failure, and analyses the importance and characteristic of power business as well as the failure's contingency probability. An algorithm for damage degree of optical cable failure is proposed, which is proved feasible for power optical fiber lines.
