| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the manifestation of ＂black and white contract＂ phenomenon of construction project, it studies the legal validity of ＂black and white contract＂ of construction contract. Therefore, it has provided basis for the legitimacy identification of black and white contract from a legal level, with a view to effectively control ＂black and white contract＂ phenomenon. |
