| 摘 要： | 目的采用组织多普勒成像(doppler tissue imaging,DTI) 以及基于此技术的定量组织速度成像(quantitative tissue velocity imaging,QTVI),定量测量正常人心脏各部分各时相运动速度、幅度,分析心肌舒缩功能的变化,建立正常值区间,为异常心功能程度评价提供参照,以指导临床.方法对20例正常成年人的心脏运动情况进行测量及分析比较.结果正常国人心脏舒张、收缩交替有规律,心房、心室运动协调,搏动有力,心室壁及室间隔收缩、舒张均匀,无反常运动,从心尖至心底,心肌收缩速度呈梯度改变,心室基底段运动速度最快,中间段其次,心尖段最慢.结论 (1) DTI/QTVI技术操作简单,表现细节能力优异,适合于观测心脏运动;(2)同时从左右心舒张、收缩功能来评价心功能更为全面、准确.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the heart function in healthy people by quantitative tissue velocity imaging.(QTVI). Methods Twenty healthy individuals' parameters of hearts movement were measured by QTVI . Results The hearts moved orderly, and the atriums and the ventricles moved harmoniously. The velocity of contraction changed gradient from the apex to the bottom, and the bottom was the fastest. Conclusion 1. DTI/QTVI is fit for observing and measuring the movement of heart. 2. Evaluation of heart function should concern both right and left parts of hearts. |
