摘    要:介绍了单缸结晶器振动系统的组成,通过对该系统的动力学分析、动态静力分析,推导出该系统主要参数的计算公式,包括振动油缸的振幅、推力,板弹簧的变形反力及弹性销的计算和校核。

Abstract:The composition of single hydrocylinder crystallizer vibrating system is introduced.The formulas of calculating the main parameters(including amplitude and thrust of the hydrocylinder,strain force of leaf spring deformation)of the system and the strength of the spring pin are derived by means of the kinetics and kinetostatics analysis of the whole system.
