| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定艾司唑仑的含量及含量均匀度。方法采用ALLTECH Kcromaisil-C18谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长233nm,流速:0.8mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果艾司唑仑线性范围为10.48~104.8μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.4%(RSD=1.6%)。结论本方法灵敏度高,操作简便、可靠,适用于艾司唑仑片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content and content uniformity of Estazolam Tablets.METHODS A alltech Kromasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used,with a mobile phase was methanol-water(70∶30).The detection wavelength was 223nm,folw rate:0.8mL·min-1,column temperature:30℃,inject volume:10μL.RESULTS The Estazolam standard curve was linear over the ranges of 10.48～104.8μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).The mean recovery was 100.4%(RSD=1.6%).CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Estazolam tablets. |
