| 摘 要： | 海洋测量的对象是一个受海水覆盖、人们不能直接接触的海底。与陆地测量相比,海洋测量所使用的方法、仪器设备等有很大的不同。根据作者多年的工作实践认为,要确保海洋测量的成果质量关键在于以下两个方面:一是建立健全海洋测量质量管理体系;二是加强人员素质培育和建立合理的激励机制,发挥人的主观能动性。

| Abstract: | The object of marine survey is the seabed covered by seawater,so the methods and instrumentataion used for the marine survey are greatly different from those used for the land survey.It is concluded from our survey practices that the keys to ensure the quality of marine survey results are the establishment of sound quality control system of marine survey and the enhancement of quality of marine survey personnel and establishment of reasonal incentive mechanism. |
