| 摘 要： | 用跳台法观察了石蒜之生物碱二氢石蒜碱（ＤＬ）和加兰他敏（Ｇ）对小鼠学习记忆损害的影响。结果表明：ＤＬ和Ｇ对东莨菪碱所致小鼠在跳台测试中的错误次数似有减少；两药联用能明显促进正常小鼠学习记忆获得；对亚硝酸钠所致的记忆巩固障碍，ＤＬ和Ｇ均能显著改善，两者联用效果更明显

| Abstract: | Efectsofdihydrolycoine(DL)andgalanthamine(G)onlearningandmemorydeficitsinratswerestudiedusingthestepdownmethod.FromtheresultsitcanbeseenthatDLandGreducetheerortimesoccuringinthestep-downtestwithscopolamine,andaug-mentthelearningandmemoryinnormalratswhenusedincombination.Inaddition,bothDLandGmayimprovethesod-nitrite-inducedamnesiaandtheefectwouldbeobviouslybet-terwhenusedtogether. |
