沉积型磷矿酸解过程的介微观反应机理

摘    要:当前,世界磷矿资源日趋枯竭,迫切需要开发利用中低品位磷矿。介绍采用扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射等现代测试方法,对沉积型磷矿的酸解动力学过程介微观现象进行了研究,发现已反应完毕的区域与尚未反应的区域之间的反应界面不是一个面,而是一个过渡区域,这一反应区域将逐步向颗粒中心移动。根据固相物质的分形结构与反应机理提出的机理模型能较好地描述这一过程。

Abstract:At present,the world's resource of phosphate rock is being exhausted,and it is urgent to develop and utilize low and medium-quality phosphate rock. The micro phenomena of reaction process of sedimentary phosphate ore in phosphoric acid are detected and studied by using SEM.XRD and other analysis methods. It is indicated that when the reactive components diffuse in ore particles through a large amount of micro pores, there exist three regions, including the penetration region where reaction has finished, the reaction region where reacton and diffusion phenomena happen at the same time, and the unreacted region. With the reaction proceeding, the penetration region and the reaction region will move towards the center of the particle. From the above basic point of view, the zone and fractal model of two-phase reaction kinetics model has been put forward,which can fit the experiment data satisfactorily.
