| Abstract: | The integration of science education and social sciences education is a necessity for the reforms and development of higher education in the 21st century.The author of this paper holds that the cultural qualification education is the very conjunction point for the integration of science education and social sciences education. Based on the above reflections the author makes exploration into the measures for promoting cultural qualification education in institutions of higher learning. |
