| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ＩｇＭ型、ＩｇＧ型及ＩｇＡ型类风湿因子（ＲＦ）定量检测方法的意义。方法应用生物素—亲和素结合ＥＬＩＳＡ法（ＡＢＣ—ＥＬＩＳＡ）测定类风湿关节炎５７例，其他疾病６６例，并以１００例健康人作对照。结果类风湿关节炎患者各型ＲＦ的阳性率及滴度均明显高于其他病患者（Ｐ＜０．００５），其中ＩｇＡＲＦ与ＩｇＭＲＦ相关性较大（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论定量方法检测各型类风湿因子，有助于类风湿关节炎的早期诊断和鉴别。

| Abstract: | To study the clinical significiance of quantitation of IgM,IgG and IgA rhetimatoid factors(RF).Methods RFs were determind in sera of 57 rhetimatoid arthritis(RA),of 66 other diseases and of l00 healthy controls by biotin-avidin combind ELISA assays,Results The patients with RA were found to be higher level of three classes of RF than other groups(P<0.005),and there was high correlation between IgM RF and IgA RF(P<0.01).Conclusion Quantitative measurement of three classes of RF was helpful of early diagnosis and distinction of RA. |
