摘    要:本文叙述了用富含CO2的蒸汽处理铅酸蓄电池的正、负板栅,在其表面生成了碱式碳酸铅,然后制成动力电池极板并组装成电池。实验数据表明,这种方法可以提高极板的强度,提高成批电池的充电合格率和电池组循环的一致性,有利于延长电池使用寿命和提升电池的综合性能。

Abstract:The paper describes the method to process the positive and negative grids of lead-acid batteries with CO2-rich vapor.Basic lead carbonate is generated on the surfaces of positive and negative grids which be made into the plates of power lead-acid batteries and then be assembled.The experimental data showed the method can increase the strength of the electrode plate,improve the charging pass rate of batteries in bulk and the cycle consistency of the batteries,extend the service life and upgrade the overall performance of the lead-acid battery.
