应用模糊控制策略的动平衡装置

摘    要:介绍了一种应用双偏心齿圈配重的旋转机械在线动平衡装置,并应用模糊控制算法实现了对双偏心齿圈空间位置的精密控制。应用TMS320F240和多传感器融合技术实现了振动量的精确采集和模糊控制算法的实现,模糊控制算法的应用克服了机械传动单元死区误差的影响,使控制系统的鲁棒性得以有效提高。计算机仿真表明控制算法正确,设计方案可行,在某外圆磨床上的实验表明文中设计的硬件系统实现了振动量的在线动平衡控制。

Abstract:This paper introduces a dynamic balance device with two eccentric wheel ,using fuzzy control algorithm,the two eccentric wheel was positioned more accurately. The acquisition of vibration signal and the realization of fuzzy control algorithm depend on multi-sensor information fusion and TMS320F240,the influence of mechanical transmission clearance is restrained,the robustness of the system becomes better. Computer simulation indicates that control algorithm is correct,and application in a grinding machine indicates that the system can dynamically control rotary machinery balance and restrain rotary machinery vibration.
