常压储罐底板腐蚀特征参量的获取

摘    要:常压储罐在长期使用过程中,会出现储罐底板的腐蚀问题,腐蚀缺陷往往表现为均匀腐蚀、区域性分布的局部腐蚀和随机分布的点腐蚀。针对腐蚀缺陷类型的多变性,研究提出了表征储罐底板腐蚀的特征参量,以及通过漏磁检测和概率分析计算获得这些腐蚀特征参量的方法,并在生产实际中进行了应用,为储罐检验和运行维护管理决策提供了有力支持。

Abstract:The tank floors are generally corroded,localized corroded and with pits randomly.In order to express the tanks' floor corrosion condition,the characteristic parameters such as the corrosion probability,maximum depth of pits,average depth of pits,maximum pitting rate,average pitting rate,corrosion leakage area are provided.Magnetic flux leakage inspection is the most effective way to detect the corrosion on the double side surfaces of tank bottom plates.Combining probability theory and magnetic flux leakage inspection this paper provides a method to obtain these parameters.And this method is putted in real application in inspection.The new method may be used to describe the tank floor corrosion condition and to predict the probability of corrosion leakage.So that the research work of tank floor corrosion became quantitative from qualitative,and it is very useful for the operation and maintenance of tanks.
