摘    要:介绍了当今世界主流风电市场的风电并网规程,进一步研究后重点综述了风电机组故障穿越诸多问题,如低电压穿越、高电压穿越、频率穿越。还分析了三种主流风电机组故障穿越能力和电力系统之间的相互影响,汇总了三种主流风电机组低电压穿越能力的工程实现方案。最后结合多年的实际工程经验,以各国电网风电接入规程和各种风电机组故障穿越特性为线索,探讨了需要重点注意的故障穿越技术问题,并总结出了决定风电机组低电压穿越特性的12项技术要素。

Abstract:The national grid codes of main wind power markets in the world are introduced and more attentions are paid for the different kinds of fault ride through capabilities of wind turbines, such as low voltage ride through (LVRT), high voltage ride through (HVRT) and frequency ride through (FRT). After that, the interactions between the electricity network and three kinds of main wind turbines which equipped with real GFRT engineering devices are analyzed and engineering implementation scheme of three kinds of main LVRT capabilities of wind turbines is summarized. Finally, based on years of working experience and the above researches, 12 main technical factors which are very important to the LVRT characteristics of wind turbines are summarized.
