摘    要:本文介绍了电磁换向阀两端盖高频感应钎焊设备及工艺。分析了高频感应钎焊电磁换向阀的工艺特点,设计了加热迅速,均匀,工作可靠的感应器,并采用磁场凝聚器成功地减少了能量的损失,防止工件过热,提高了加热效率,研制的钎焊工作台结构合理,自动化程度高。

Abstract:High-frequency inducing brazing equipment and technology of electromasnctic changevalve end capo is introduced and analyzed.We designed a reliable inducer which heats rapidly and evenly.It successfully uses magnetic field condensor to reduce energy Ioss,to prevent ex-heat of workpiece and toImprove heating efficiency.The brazing stand is highly automated.
