耐热球墨可锻铸铁的热处理及其组织与硬度的试验研究

摘    要:耐热球墨可锻铸铁含4%~5%Si和4%~5%Cr,其铸态硬度一般为40~45HRC,难以切削加工。试验研究表明,退火时,在880℃以下温度随炉冷却,铸铁的硬度可降低至31HRC左右,其组织为铁素体、珠光体、碳化物和石墨的混合物,从改善了切削加工性能。

Abstract:The heat resistant spheroidal graphite malleable cast iron contains 4% -5% Si and 4% -5% Cr, with its as-cast hardness being 40 -45 HRC and thus difficult to be machined. Investigation indicated that the hardness of cast iron will decrease to about 31 HRC and its microstructure will be a mixed structure of ferrite, pearlite , carbide and graphite, improving machining property.
